Planning for a live event streaming involves thinking about a number of things, for example, who is going to be watching the stream, whether it needs to be public or private and if the venue for the stream has sufficient internet bandwidth. There are free platforms available for use, for example YouTube, but the content is available to everyone. Alternatively, we can offer private streaming behind password protected login pages using Amazon Web Services. Once all this has been decided we will need to test the onsite internet connection to ensure it meet the stream needs.
Our experienced video production and streaming team will prepare and install all of the equipment needed before the event. Before the live stream takes place, various technical checks will take place to ensure everything is working as expected.
During the stream, a technician will be constantly monitored to check the audio and video quality are as good as they can be. Depending on the streaming platform we will be able to record the number of viewers and other relevant information.
